Pier 7

Pier 7, aslo known as Corron Quay is a competition design pitch for a new residential hub in Salford.
As part of the submission I've collaborated with CGI artist team, Factory fifteen, to develop a marketing video preview of the scheme design, mixing Unreal Engine 3D simulation with reference images.

Smithfield Market

Regeneration plans, proposed for the famous meat market in central London meant creating a brand new identity for the place. Transforming a historic wholesale facility into a cultural destination involved not only spatial, financial, heritage and technical challenges. The most important step was to image a new vision of the place, that the community would be excited about. Final design concept with a promotional video story was submitted to British Parliament for approval in 2021.

Magazine Digbeth

Magazine Digbeth is a proposal for a new multifunctional music venue in the heart of Birmingham. Together with our client, Broadwicklive, we have produced a spatial 3D concept model and video teaser for Birmingham City Council.
