With the City of London planning to consolidate Smithfield meat market on a new and modern site, a grade II listed Smithfield Market Building has the opportunity to become a new cultural centre in London. Together with SEW and a team of consultants, I’ve worked on strategic proposals for the market transformation - including financial strategy for £123 mln renovation works, wider communication strategy and integration into London's culture mile.
As part of the engagement process, the team prepared a design simulation video, incorporating 3D render walkthroughs and sketches. Working with sound design, voiceover teams and animation design we have produced a vision movie for the public to view and query.
