Plus X Brighton, office

New innovation hub in Brighton (£14 mln ), completed in 2021, offering over 5000 sq.m of office, workshop and co-working spaces.

Since joining the project at Stage 3, I have been overlooking interior design packages, coordination with subcontractors and the overall BIM coordination process. Creatively, process was challenged by the change of client mid Stage 4, which resulted in intense redesign process with extremely rewarding results.
