Albert Bridge House, Manchester

New mixed use scheme proposal (Stage 2) in Manchester, comprised of 19 storey flexible office building and 44 storey built-to-rent residential tower. Personal responsibility was to lead and coordinate a commercial building proposal, submitted in December 2022.

From free-hand sketching to complex 3D BIM models, the design process allowed to engage a plethora of different design mediums.
